Instructions: 

Visa and MasterCard credit card purchases can be made through my secure PayPal shopping cart account.  After adding the class that you want to attend to the shopping cart, simply click on the "Proceed to Check Out" button on the shopping cart page.  You can pay with your credit card by selecting the option "Click here" from the last line on the page with the words  "Don't have a PayPal account? Click here".  This will then take you to a secure page where you can enter your credit card information.

Upon receipt of your registration, you will be sent a confirmation email
with all the details of the class.

LIMITS OF LIABILITY:
By registering for this event you are agreeing to take full responsibility for your health and well-being at this class.  If the class is cancelled, payment will be refunded, If you cannot attend the workshop, your registration fee at your request will be applied to a future class; or you can receive a refund, minus a $10.00 administrative fee.
